talk to her as Monica, she'll tell you she isn't feeling well. After dialogue ends, 
fix 10 time distortions and then talk to her again. She'll join your party. She 
has new outfits for Monica 

Rufio(walks around lake in Palm Brinks at night): 
Take a picture of the moon and show it to him. When he joins party sells georama 
parts. 

Pau: talk to him until he describes a carrot, when you give him one he joinparty. 
Cool thing he does if you put him in party is gives you a map of all dungeons and 
alerts you to any Mimics
