When on Namek go into temple and step onto the white 
block, then fight your way to the green block, then 
orange, then green again, then yellow and you'll get 
to a room with one enemy in it. Fight the enemy for 
exp. and go to yellow block,and it will bring you to 
the same room so you can keep killing the one guy and 
get exp. faster!!!!!
