Easy Way to Get $30,000: 
(You must have at least $10, 000 after buying Sunshine Auto's for this to work.) 
First buy Sunshine Auto's near Little Haiti and park two cars of any type in one 
of the garages. To the right of the garages is a street race map where you can 
enter races. Once you've parked the two cars in a garage walk over to the street 
race map and stand in the blip, it will zoom in on the map. Press left once to pick 
the race that costs $10, 000 dollars, it is the longest race with the biggest prize. 
Then press x and you will be told to get to the starting grid, this is where the two 
cars come in handy. Take one car out of a garage and drive it to the starting grid, 
which is outside of Sunshine and to the left. Drive into the blip and it will say 
"3, 2, 1 GO" as soon as it says that get out of your car and go inside Sunshine Auto's 
or to a place nearby with no cars, it can even be outside. Quickly type in the Blow up 
all cars cheat (R2, L2, R1, L1, L2, R2, square, triangle, square, L2, L1) this will blow 
up the other three cars you are racing but it will also blow up your car. Now walk down 
to your garage and take out the other car, drive through the checkpoints and you will be 
awarded $40, 000 but since it cost $10, 000 to enter you only gain $30, 000. That's all 
there is to it, you can repeat this over and over, I've done it about 10 times and my 
money is going up.

When you purchase Sunshine autos..there will be street races for you at the bottom..the 
best one to win money is race 6 you win 400000 but you hve to paid to get in so you will 
win 300000..so to you t not loose do the tank cheat 2 times and but the Rhynos blocking the 
road...and than get and other Rhyno...and go and race BUT BECAREFUL DONT TOUCH THE RACER..
after that it will start counttin down..so the cars are going to be stuck so press circle 
and they will explode..so you will be first..now get car and finish you race..
