Two places where you can find the Katana Samurai Sword 
1 North Point Mall: 
  In the coffee shop is a second room and there you can find the first katana 
2 Starfish Island: 
  In one of the houses next to diaz jou can find the second katana in the garage

Go out to Starfish Island,(with Diaz mansion on it) go over to the house to the right of 
his and look in the garage for a deadly sword called the Katana.

When you go into Diaz's mansion, go into the maze and in one dead end there's a snip riffle.

Secret clothes:
Go to the north point mall and in gap there is a uniform if you have completed the right 
mission it will be there to unlock.

Packages Tip:
Check with strategy guide to find locations of secret packages, marking them off as you pick 
them up. Be sure to save frequently. Find all 100 and you will unlock Hunter, the chopper with 
machine guns and rocket launchers. Wear a police uniform when trying to get to Hunter, or the 
army will kill you.
