Get Horklump Book:
Go into the Library Annex, on the second floor, bypass Professor Lockhart and enter the 
Library. Run across the room to pickup the book.

Getting The Lumos Spell Book:
In Diagon Alley and the Entrance to Hogwarts, find the door that you can open. You'll hide 
in there and get a cut scene with Draco and Lucious Malfoy. Then, grab the book that is now 
on the stand. You have got the spell --Lumos.

When u are in the place where u land by floo powder go up to a rounded door and press x then 
you go inside and lucius and Draco Malfoy enter the room. Lucuis leaves a book. Creep up to 
the book and press x and receive the book and learn the lumos spell.
