Go to Sea side spider house go into theroom 
where the 4 skeletons are sitting at a table. 
Shoot the 4 colored mask in this order with 
arrows blue, green, red, green, yellow, blue
and if that doesn't work these should red,
green, yellow, red, yellow, green. Then go 
into the secret passage that you have just 
opened and get the heart peice from the chest.
Also if you are near a cow play epona's song 
to get free milk.
