If your playing the "Franchise Mode" and you want to get 
more draft picks. Sign the top 5 free agents and then trade 
them to teams that are in need of a player at that position. 
They will give you a 1st or 2nd round pick. Also try to trade 
your older players that are going down for young players who 
were drafted in the 1st or 2nd round. Those players overall 
numbers will rise high.
