Use the phone and call Nancy's friends Bess and George whenever 
you want or just whenever you get stuck. Be careful though. If 
you want to solve the game yourself they can sometimes give you 
more help then you might want, but they are always there to give 
you clues and help you out on the case. Sometimes you have to 
waste some of your time though because you have to fill them in on 
the newest leads before they can help you. Good luck!
