Once you've defeated the sorceress and gotten all your 
gems back from MoneyBags,There is one last portel to 
open. Your need all the gems and all the eggs from each 
world to open it. An easy way is to check the atlas from 
the beggining until there is a world where you missed at 
least one egg.Get the egg(s)in that world and repeat the 
process.The 149th egg wont be in the atlas, so you have 
to go in front of the desert Ruins portel,turn right,charge 
the crack in the wall,and glide to the egg.(The egg wont be 
there if you dont have all the other eggs first)Now you can 
go through the portel, get the 150th egg, andbeat the game!
