HOW TO DIE WITH NO HARM DONE: 

when you are half way down the end of a leap to death
(fell of the end of a cliff) quickly press pause and go 
down to exit area(this can only work in an area!!!!)then 
if you were quick enough you will start at the door of the 
area with no harm done!!!!! 

If you don't know what an area is it is where you chase the 
guy in blue for example. to get to an area just go through 
one of those swirly doors!
