To get more cap room for the beginning of a franchise, 
go to the roster option. View the rosters. Some players 
are over priced. Go to that player, click on them and go 
to attributes. The system will reset the price for the 
player to a normal wage. For example, K. Wong on the Texans 
is a linebacker in the 70ish ratings making 4.4 million. Go 
and edit his attributes, and it will automatically adjust 
his salary down in to the 1 million range. That will free 
up more cap room.
