stairs to a small room, in the room are two dressers and a woman,
cast the ring of surroundings and try and sneak past her, if you
can't,I am pretty sure you can kill her and she won't report the
crime. In the small dresser is a key, grab it, go to the treasury
in the same plaza, go to the vaults. The lower vault you can open,
there will be an ordinator in it, sleep a few times until he leaves,
shut the vault door and help yourself. There are four 50 level locked
chests, that is what the scrolls are for, on the table is about
300 to 400 in the two of the three small chest are 405. Your key
opens the two small locked ones, the other has three diamonds in it,
the rest have diffrent stuff like rubies and maces, other things in
the room include an ebony short sword, ebony cuirass, glass axe, glass
shortsword ect.
