There are hidden cheats that are able to be unlocked.
Each level has two cheats (one for single player and
one for multiplayer). To unlock single player cheats,
you must obtain the Gold Medal on a level. To unlock 
multiplayer cheats, you obtain the Platinum Medal on
a level.
