In the level where you have to chase the bird around-dont do it! First unlock 
the echo beam in the forrbiden jungle then go back to the beach and man the 
cannon but first kill the lurkers around it thenshot the cannon at the birds 
nest. If you did this right the bird should be gone and the power cell should 
be right there.

This is how to get the third power cell mountain pass. First, in snowy mountain 
find a group of 4 or 5 trees near the lurker fort. If you make it all the way 
through you will see a machine similer to the one that is in the temple where 
you fight the dark eco plant. Get the power cell open all the capped yellow eco 
vents. Then go to the yellow eco vent in mountain pass that used to be capped. 
Then, look around for a boluder that is lighter than the rest. Next blast it 
with the yellow eco and clear the jump to get the power cell.

To aquire the seventh Power cell in the Volcanic Crater you must enter Spider 
Cave and get jucied up w/yellow Eco from the eco fountain that is to your left 
and up from you as soon as you enter the main cavern. Once you have it jump 
down directly in front of the entrance and run like your life depends on it. 
Now! here is the key to success, the four platforms that lead back to the
volcano must be traversed in SINGLE JUMPS! It is possible I've done it. The 
double jump just takes to much time, now from the platforms you will get to the 
first ledge, climb up the next ledge and stop, use your FPS mode to target the 
small metal box sitting on a rock formation (that the mine carts circle) and 
fire away. In my best time I could only squeeze off two fireballs before my 
power faded. Also as a side note your fireballs are stupid and unless you get 
it lined up perfectly they will take off either too far left or too far right, 
once you get it though, assuming you have all the other cells, the precursor 
door and all its secrets await you. Good luck
