No cpu opponent attack:

When you play skirmish select a level with only 
islands (only one base on one island). Destroy 
the bridges that lead to your base (you can 
repair them again with an engineer). The cpu 
opponent will not repair the bridges. You can 
build your base and an big army whitout being 
attacked. Wwhen you want to attack repair the 
bridges and head on. 

Note: Make a lot of anti-aircraft weapons.

To stop a wall being built by an enemy, put a 
infantry or vechile in where it will probally 
put it (around a counstruction yard, war factory
and more...) and then they can't build where you
are!
