Go to defaults.ini file in the game file. 
Open it with notepad. 
Search for developer_mode = 0 
and change it to developer_mode = 1 
then goto the /configs folder open it with 
notepad and then open default.ini file 
scroll down the page till you see cheats. 

And type 
[icPlayerPilot.DevIndestructable] 
Keyboard, I, CTRL, ALT 

[icPlayerPilot.DevKillCurrentTarget] 
Keyboard, X, CTRL, ALT
