Traffic Editor:

To get it, complete the tutorial, then beat 
Level 1 and at least two airports of Level 2.
The Traffic Editor will now appear as the 
third option on the main menu. It allows you
to customize any of the missions you have 
unlocked so far, including what plains arrive
at what time, what the wind conditions are, 
and so on.
