shop. ITS PRETTY EXPENSIVE.

To get a time capsel you need to go to holdrum
and go to the ring shop and talk to the red 
snake and ask to tell a secret (it's B, spade,
M, D, $,*,},j,m circle, dimond, s,w,}.

Hidden shop:
 
Go to Rennu Village (past) and find the locked
door next to the Target Aim mini-game. It can 
now be opened, allowing access to a shop that 
sells all items for 100 rupees.
