To get Bob Burnquist's board in L.A
you have to get to the mansion. The 
board is on top of the car.

To get Rick's board in Museum. You have
to go in the third room, go up the slope
and grind the dinosaur to get the board.

To get Rick's board in the boat you have
to go to the first floor in the back of 
the boat on the grind rail.
