You must own a vehicle in Career mode. You must sell
it and exit the game. 

Open the "metal.ini" file in the System folder of the
game directory (default is C:Program FilesTerminal 
Reality4x4 Evo2system). 

You may use Notepad to open the file. 

Then scroll to the bottom of the text and within the 
final 20 lines or so, you will see the lines 
"careerTruckCount=0" and "curTruckType=0". You must 
change the "0" to a "1" in each line and save the file. 

Restart the game and go to the Garage in Career mode. 
Then you will have the vehicle back and the money you 
sold it for before (do this whole process as often as
you want and watch the cash will increase).

Go to the game directory and look in the system 
directory for the metal.ini file. I suggest you make a
backup of this file first before you attempt this. 
Scroll down to where your profile begin. If you have 
different profiles you will see is seperated with alot
of 0's. Now scroll down to where it say: 
cash=dWu9TDAqQmWAMehu(QaSsX*LP* 

Your's will not be exactly the same but it will look 
something like that. Now with and editor like notepad
delete only the gibberish so that only "cash=" remain.

Now type in this code and whala, you will have many 
many cash to play with.
