Get a car with a lot of power (1,000 HP+) that 
can go 230 MPH or more and the front and rear
downforce can be adjusted. The Escudo Pikes Peak
Version, R390 GT1 Race Car, or the GT-one Race 
Car works good. 

- Get the highest stage Turbo Kit or NA Tune Up. 

- Put the front and rear Spring Rate as low as 
  they can go. 

- Put the front and rear Ride Height as low as 
  they can go. 

- Set the gear ratio's auto setting as high as it
  can go, and put the final gear fairly high 
  (at the 3/4 mark or higher). 

- Put the front Downforce as low as possible, and
  the rear Downforce as high as possible. Set ASM
  and TCS to 0. 

Now go to a long strech of road (the Test Course 
works well. Go as fast as you can and when you
reach 230 MPH, the front of your car will begin to
lift off of the ground and when it gets all the way
up you will start accelerating rapidly and you can
reach speeds of 900 MPH+.

Go into the Grand Valley endurance race. Use a fast
car so you can win. Once you're done the race save
and restart the game. When you're at the main menu 
press L2, L1, R2, R1, X. After you've done that go 
to the Panoz dealership and press what you did at 
the main menu. Now every time you play GT3 you'll get
the money same amount you won in the endurance race.
