For Max BOS Cash get one of your charcters to 
pump up his gambling stats. Once you have it 
up to around 100% go gamble with someone. Make
sure you have more valuble items on your side 
of the table and you will always win. Now sell
your new items and get cash for them. Since the
items go back into the guys inventory do this 
again and get more cash. I run around with over
80,000 easy in the first bit of the game. 

If you find an area called "Uprising" there is 
two BOS guards that have really nice guns. To 
get them just plant some C4 or other explosives
at their feet. Then toss a frag at the C4 and 
watch the fireworks.
