I don't know what all this crap is about 
shooting camera with the dragonouff 
(whatsitsname), I'm to busy shooting the 
people with it. Here's what I do.... 

When your in the watchtower, knife the guy
and steal his gun. Wait a few minutes for 
the cameras to come back online, then shoot
the guy in the concrete house bye the gate 
(best to use the mp5 and binoculars for
this cause it takes a few shots). When he 
hits the dirt, the elite gaurds should come
out. 

Use your mp5 to pick of the ones shooting 
at you (first mission they aren't gonna hit
you). After that pick off as many elite 
gaurds as possible. A REALLY fun thing to do
is shoot them in the balls and watch them 
curl up. You'll laugh your head off when you
see it. 

After that slide down the wire to the other 
guy (which with your intelligence of course 
you would have killed). You can use his ak47
and binoculars to pic of most cameras, if 
you run out of bullets go down and get one 
of the gaurds. After this there are very few
people left and being first mission, they'll
aonly actually shoot you by flook. taddaaaaaa.
