Level exits:

LEVEL 1: 
Shoot the floor out to the right of 
the commander's office and jump in 
the hole.

LEVEL 2: 
Go thru waterfall at end of broken 
bridge in last cavern room in level.

LEVEL 3: 
Get past the crashed helicopter and 
then get across the bridge.

LEVEL 4: 
Burnt City...jump down well that is 
behind the church.

LEVEL 6: 
Jump down the water well.

LEVEL 7A: 
Go back to the shallow water area where
the VC were shooting at you from up in 
the ceiling. Beyond that area, through 
the vine filled room, where the shallow
water is, there is a small hallway 
turning right where you can jump down a
passageway that takes you to level 7b.

LEVEL 7B: 
Execute Pham in the upper temple 
labyrinth, then exit out the upper right
metal doors, which explode when approached.

LEVEL 7C: 
Jump up onto the Helicopter ladder.
