Make Players stronger: 

Go to the exhibition game. Go to edit player. 
Go to the team that you wish to choose, or 
player and under the titles of strength and 
speed and etc. Hit (x) you can change the 
appearence of the player strength and speed, 
and all round ability. But be carefull it will
raise the players salary so you can't make the
whole team stronger. So just hit the go to guys.
