When u learn spin jump or something like that,
go to Mario's house (ignore poor old Luigi). 
Go to the last section of the house and spin 
jump and u can read Luigi's Diary. It might 
even tell u what game he's in next..

In marios house, oonce u get the power bounce,
in the room were u ca sleep, u will see a bord
is higher. Do a power bounce on it and luigis 
diary is in there and tips are in there.
