Play the mercenaries, try to finish it with
rescue all the hostages and you will get a 
lot of money that can buy the infinity weapon.
After buying the weapons, play again RE3 from
beginning, the weapon is inside the storage
box. And using the infinity weapon won't lower
the ranking.
