Once you know the bill drill move go to 
the big rock outside banjos house and 
bill drill it. You will then see banjos 
fish. He will ask you to take him to the 
river around spiral mountain. Peck him
(it will make you pick him up) then jump 
in the water around spiral mountain. He 
will give you extra bubbles and teach you
to swim faster.

In Unga Bungas cave, to make sure you 
don't wake him up start walking to the 
relic slowly, then pull your control out 
and you will keep walking at the same 
speed until you put the control back in.
