To access the cheat menu: 
Hilight options at the main menu and press 
and hold l,r,z,c-up,c-right at the same time. 

To access all parts: 
Enter the cheat menu and hilight all parts; 
press and hold l,r,z release and c-down, c-up,
c-right,c-left; then press and hold l,r,z release 

To access invincibility: 
enter the cheat menu and hilight invincibility; 
press c-right, R(2), L; then press and
hold c-right,c-down,z release 

Note: You may have to try more than once because 
time is everything in getting these codes to work!
