one way of getting a day pass is to tack to the
guy near the gate who will sell you fake documents
(if you're character is a girl you will get a 
discount), buy it and say that you will tell 
somebody about his selling of fake documents and he
will give you some more money. Then talk to the guy
next to him and tell him about the dirty work and 
ask him if you can get a day pass. Hey! You still 
get a day pass and have some more money too!
