When you first make your character give
him a strength of 18. Then when you are
in candlekeep go to the gatekepper dude
who says "our rules are very strict" and
follow him to the door to the basement. 
You will get 5 more party members but 
don't leave! Take all of their stuff and
export your character. Then start over, 
import the character you exported and 
when you get to candlekeep do it again 
(if you plan on being chaotic evil you 
might want to start off at the highest 
reputation and kill a bunch of watchers
and sell thgeir stuff).
