Go to the Options menu Then press and hold Select
then press Triangle three times, then o two times 
and then press L1 And L2. 

If you've put in the cheat correctly you will hear
a roar in the Background.

This is the best cheat for X-Men:Mutant Acadamy;
See it unlocks everything in the whole game. You
get all the locked characters and they are Toad,
Mystique, Sabertooth, and Magneto. You also get the
3rd costume for the players by pressing o, And after
that you get all the clips in the Cerebro mode.
