Hire as many coaches and scouts as you can. 

Click on one of the coaches/scouts. 

Change his wages to £999999999. 

Click on contract and accept. 

He will be paying you so he can train 
players. (GENIUS!) 

Sometimes the game will crash when you do 
this to scouts.
