After using the "hardtruckisthebest" code, the
following features will be in effect while the
truck is in motion. Pressing the backspace key
automatically repairs the truck for free. Also 
if you hold down the CTRL key and press #1 it
makes the truck instantly go faster. Keep 
pressing #1 while holding down the ctrl key and
the truck goes even faster. Go from 0 to 88 in
less than a half second! 

Ctrl + 2 does the same thing but makes the truck
go in reverse. (great if you have to back up in 
a hurry and you dont have time to shift) 

Ctrl + 3 makes the truck "hop" in the air. Works
great if you are on the wrong side of a highway 
divided by the Jersey wall! 

Ctrl + 4 I am not exactly sure which way it moves
the truck but all I see is a cloud of fire. 

Ctrl + 5 Instantly puts the truck back on the road.
