When you are in front of the r.p.d building and nemesis 
will kill brad, fight against him. After you kill 
nemesis, you can take brads S.T.A.R.S card from brad 
himself.

To get more money on the Extra game at the end, instead
of going straigt to the end, try going in some buildings
e.g the building where you find the second gem, there 
will be hostages, safe them and they will leave items 
and give you more money :)
