When monsters choose one of your characters as a 
target, they stick to that target. Have that 
character run through a door and close it behind 
him/her, leaving the rest of your party with the
beast which they can then attack without reprisal
until it's dead. This works wonders on boss
monsters that would normally slaughter your party.

In chapter 5, in the aquarium area. Talk
to Garreth (leader of the slaves in the 
room below the lizards) before talking to
Verna (slave revolt leader) and ask about
Verna and Garreth tells you he thinks she
died in the escape. Next, go into the 
aquarium and ask to speak with whoever is
in charge. You will be taken to the ice 
lizard chief. Tell him you will think about
helping him and he will ask you to get the
slaves for him... tell him you talked to 
the slave leader and verna is dead... he 
will give you about 10,000 exp. each. Talk
to him again and he will ask the same 
question. tell him the same thing and BAM!!
more exp...over and over... I maxed my 
charachters in 30 minutes.
