In anekbah your first task after you reached the
headquaters, is to blow up the brigde. Normally you
would have reincarnate to the outside and enter the
docks for a shooting scene. All this can be avoided
by doing the following: 

go over the bridge and keep yourself as close to the
right side of the bridge as possilble, but you still
have to avoid the mechaguard. On the other of the 
bridge (away from traffic) there is a ledge, if you
follow the ledge you will go down a ramp, instead of
this stand as close as possible to ledge, without 
falling down, and turn about 90 degrees and you will
see a pillar separating the brigde from another ledge
leading down to the platform where you have to blow
the bridge up. Angle yourself and step backward. Run 
and jump onto the ledge and you will be able to jump
down on the platform without spending all of your 
magic rings on the shooting scene. You may have to 
try this a couple of times before landing on the 
ledge to the platform. please email me if you blew up
the bridge without entering the docks.
