Secret Stage:
On stage 2 in the beginning after the first pipe
that goes up then down, then forward. After you
pass the pipe that moves down then up (the one 
that crushes you) jump on the one that goes up 
then down. When it reaches its maximum height, 
jump to the left and you will enter a secret stage.
