Set Player on Fire:

To set a player on fire, highlight the desired 
player and pause the game. Then press L [twice], 
up-C, L [twice] up-C, L [twice], up-C, Z. 


Set Team On Fire:

To set your team on fire, pause the action and 
press L [twice], DOWN, L [twice], DOWN, L [twice],
DOWN, Z.
