Selective Ammo:

If you're running low on ammo for the Shotgun, 
Pistol or Machine Gun, select the weapon you
want to refill (even when it's empty) when 
collecting weapons from dead enemies. This will
automatically give ammo to the weapon you picked.
This strategy is invaluable to keep your
Machine Gun ammo count high.
