Able to Select from All Colors:

To be able to select the Shadow ,White, and Gold
versions of any character (without having to get
through the Practice mode), wait for the character 
profiles to come up. Now press Z,B, A, Z, A,and L.
If you did it right the annoncer will say,"Welcome!"
