Need For Speed: V-Rally
At the white intro-screen when the infogrames logo appears
press quickly (it's quite
tricky)
up, down, triangle+circle "lock off" appears.
After that press:
left+L1 --> time off
left+L2 --> narrow on
left+R1 --> extra car
left+R2 --> restart on
left, right --> full debug (quite useless)
All these cheats were entered with the standard sony
controller. I also own a negCon,
but due to the lack of L1/R2 some of them can't be
entered. Well, at least I haven't
discovered how... YET!
Here is what all the cheats do.
Time off - In ARCADE mode, failing to make the checkpoints
before the time runs out does
not end the game.
Narrow On - Gives you access to the 18 narrow tracks.
Extra Car - This replaces the Peugeot 106 Maxi with a
little Jeep.
Restart On - Again in ARCADE mode, you can restart the
race as in Time Trial mode.
Full debug - This displays a lot of debug information,
and when you pause the game an extra
option (MEMORY) appears on the menu, this displays more
debug info.
