Try right clicking on water well, type ALT K, 
followed by:

ALT V for instant victory.
ALT C for more cash if you have less than 5000Dn.

Unbreakable Walls - Press Alt+K, right click on 
the wall. When the little box opens, press 
Alt+V. Walls are now unbreakable.

Go to the file c3_model.txt. There you will be 
able to change the buildings price (ex. if it costs
100 you can put -100 or more & it will pay you for 
constructing). There you can also change the numbers
of employds needed and other stuff.
