When you have the game set on agent or 00 agent, go
in to a level that has scientists (caverns, facility)
and shoot one once in the foot and once in the arm 
(through the glass) and they could try to throw a 
grenade at you and end up killing themselves.

When your`e at the caverns after you followed 
trevelyan, wait at the elevator for the janus special
forces to appear, they will come all the time until 
you into the elevator.
