To make your screen spiral enter Spiral as your name
at the bike options screen.

Extreme Contest Mode, while at the bike selection
screen press R. Input one of the following names 
from the list below and press Start. You should
then hear a voice say extreme. To return to normal 
mode simply input the code again.
