Go to the line containing [RACE]
You read there: policespeed = racerspeed = xx
Change the xx into 20 for very fast speed.
More Time
=========
Edit the A2.ini file
Go to the line containing [TIME]
You read there: Time = xxx
Change the xxx into 500 for max. time.
More Gas
========
Edit the A2.ini file
Go to the line containing [TWEAK]
You read there: RACERANGE = 2
Change the 2 into 5 and you won't be out of gas anymore.
